经济责任审计Economic Responsibility Audit

依据《党政主要领导干部和国有企事业单位主要领导人员经济责任审计规定》及相关规定，对国有企业及国有控股企业主要领导人员任职期间履行经济责任情况开展审计，客观评价其经营业绩与经济责任履行情况，为干部管理监督及考核任免提供依据。Following applicable regulatory provisions, we audit tenure-period economic-responsibility performance for leaders of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises, objectively evaluating operational achievements and accountability to provide supporting evidence for cadre administration, supervision, performance evaluation and appointment-removal decisions.

离任审计Departure Audit

企业法定代表人或主要负责人因任期届满、调任、免职、辞职等情形离任的，对其任期内的资产负债状况、经营成果及内部控制执行情况开展审计，据以明晰经济责任，保障交接规范。We carry out audits of assets, liabilities, operating results and internal-control execution for enterprise legal representatives upon tenure expiry, reassignment, removal or resignation, to clarify economic accountability and secure proper handover.

清算审计Liquidation Audit

依据《中华人民共和国企业破产法》及公司清算相关法律法规，对清算企业的清算资产负债表、清算损益表及财产分配方案执行审计并出具报告，为清算程序合法合规及剩余财产分配提供依据。Pursuant to the PRC Enterprise Bankruptcy Law and corporate liquidation rules, we audit liquidation-period financial statements and asset distribution schemes, which supports the lawfulness of liquidation proceedings and the distribution of residual assets.

项目支出专项审计Special-Purpose Project-Expenditure Audit

对特定项目（如政府专项资金、科研课题、研发支出等）的支出情况进行专项审计，核实项目支出的真实性、合规性及资金使用的专款专用情况，出具专项审计报告，为项目验收、资金拨付及申请政府补贴等提供依据。We verify truthfulness, compliance and earmarked use of funds for government grants, research projects and R&D spending, issuing special audit reports for project acceptance, fund release and subsidy applications.
